A single-story, partly two-stories large wooden Japanese style architecture with a pent roof enclosure. Two Chidori hafu (dormer and plover gable) are attached in long side of the Irimoya (hip-and-gable) roof. Roofing material is copper sheeting. The curves of the Hafu and eaves are graceful. The contrast of the white plaster wall and white in the edge of the rafters is beautiful. The exterior fence is also wooden and copper roofing. It is designed by Hisakichi Ikedaya Architect Office that did a number of public buildings and religious structure, and constructed by Kitai Engineering Company. Across the road from the church, there is the Memorial Hall of Konko Church that is a contemporary architecture.
