Located in Awajimachi, Chuo District. Designed by Tetsukazu MURAKAMI. The building faces south, east of Sankyubashi-suji near Midosuji Avenue. The facade of the building has a tiled finish. The interior has a long, narrow, patio-like courtyard paved with wooden bricks in the centre, with walkways filling each floor. When the building was completed, it was a mixture of housing and offices, and trucks and carts entered the courtyard. Because of its location in Semba, the building was designed not only to be decorative but also to be functional. Today it is occupied by a mixture of offices and shops.
